All aspects of hotel are excellent. Located conveniently, friendly staff, yummy food. Complimentary yoga led by professional tutor Ms Soni are provided every morning in 2 sessions were very refreshing. Services are pretty prompt, staff extended help wherever feasible.

This is such an exquisite property! We look forward to coming back when we could spend a week doing nothing but enjoying the restaurants, pool, spa and overall peaceful, quiet luxury. In particular, we arranged for a guided tour of Mumbai. The Leela provided us with Aziz, an incredible tour guide who now is family. Aziz is a joy to spend the day with, is incredibly knowledgeable about so many, many things and has the ability to be in easy conversation in a way that is striking. He has the perfect balance of giving information and delivering it, parsing it, in a way that allows it all to be easily digestible. No matter what we asked, about history, geography, geopolitical events, what to see next or where to go for ice cream, Aziz had the answer. He made us feel welcome in his city, easily expressed the joy of sharing his home, with all its historical twists and turns, and was infectious and magical. Do not miss an opportunity to have this beautiful being as your guide. He will single handedly enhance any trip you take. We were also provided with the most accommodating, joyful , and professional driver, Anil. We insisted he be our driver for anywhere we needed to go. Buy the end of our very, very long day, he too had become family. I am already missing his smile. I am especially grateful for his last minute help, again going way beyond the call of duty. I left a very important item in my hotel room that I forgot until I was at the airport counter checking in. With Anil’s help, we were able to locate the item in my room and he personally picked it up and drove it back to the airport immediately and got out of his car to deliver it to me personally at the door, as I was not allowed to exit. Thank you so much Anil! Thank you Aziz. Thank you Anil. Thank you Leela Mumbai for an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.
